The installation of the two new Table Tennis Tables at the Recreation Ground is now complete. We decided to position them close to the play area so families could use both facilities. This is an excellent addition to the facilities here in the village. With an already thriving Ping Pong Club at the Village Hall every Tuesday, and more families moving to the village, we are sure these tables ae going to be extremely popular! Shadoxhurst Parish Council would like to thank www.bribartt.co.uk based in Canterbury for the excellent service and discount, www.table-tennis-tables.co.uk again for the generous discount and service, Aspire Landscape Management for the installation and advice and Active Kent & Medway Small Grant for the £500 grant to cover the bats and balls. A lockable cabinet will be positioned close to the tables shortly and this will provide the residents of the village free access to the equipment. To access the padlock code, please email the Clerk to register at parishclerk@shadoxhurst-pc.gov.uk.
